    摘要:

    针对体育视频中的目标跟踪问题,提出了一种基于优化粒子滤波器的体育视频目标跟踪算法,以便提高目标跟踪的鲁棒性和跟踪精确度。首先通过背景减除实现目标的初步检测。然后基于RGB颜色直方图,结合粒子滤波和颜色分布来实现目标运动模型。最后对目标模型的更新条件进行优化,以便减少不必要的观测模型更新过程。对体育运动员比赛视频序列进行了测试验证,实验结果表明:该方法能够有效完成体育比赛视频中运动员的跟踪。与其他方法进行比较,提出的方法的平均误差更低且运行效率更高。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the problem of target tracking in sports video, a sports video target tracking algorithm based on optimized particle filter is proposed in order to improve the robustness and tracking accuracy of target. Firstly, the background subtraction is used to realize the initial detection of the target. Then, based on the RGB color histogram, the target movement model is achieved by combined with particle filter and color distribution. Finally, the update conditions of the target model are optimized to reduce the unnecessary observation model updating process. The video sequences of athletes are tested and verified. The experimental results show that this method can effectively track the athletes in the video of sports competitions. Compared with other methods, the proposed method has a lower average error and a higher operating efficiency.
