    摘要:

    针对当前工业生产中钢筋连接套筒检测效率和精度低下等问题,设计一种基于PLC的钢筋连接套筒智能检测生产线,有效提高钢筋连接套筒的检测效率。介绍该生产线的主体结构、工作原理,重点阐述该设备中智能检测和自动旋转定位系统的硬件组成和控制方法。设计以PLC为核心,以触摸屏为人机界面的控制系统,得到硬件结构图和主要控制元件型号,并详细介绍PLC的连接和编程问题。对于气动系统,得到了气动系统原理图和主要气动元件型号。在触摸屏中设计了手自动控制画面,实现了数据记录和报警记录功能模块的开发。生产样机的测试结果表明:系统运行稳定可靠,进一步优化改进后,可大量替代人工检测。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the problems of low detection efficiency and accuracy of rebar connection sleeve in current industrial production,a PLC-based intelligent detection production line of rebar connection sleeve was designed to effectively improve the detection efficiency of rebar connection sleeve.The main structure and working principle of the production line were introduced,and the hardware composition and control method of the intelligent detection and automatic rotary positioning system in the equipment were expounded.The control system with PLC as the core and the touch screen as the man-machine interface was designed,the hardware structure diagram and main control element models were obtained,and the connection and programming problems of PLC were introduced in detail.For pneumatic systems,the principle diagram of the pneumatic system and the main pneumatic component models were obtained.The hand automatic control screen was designed in the touch screen,and the development of the data logging and alarm recording function modules was realized.The test results of the production prototype show that the system runs stably and reliably,and after further optimization and improvement,it can replace manual inspection in large quantities.
