    摘要:

    针对机床主轴箱结构优化设计中模型复杂及计算量大的问题,提出一种将灵敏度分析与响应面模型相结合的优化办法。以箱体壁厚和筋板尺寸为输入参数,主轴箱质量、最大变形、最大应力、1阶固有频率作为目标参数进行灵敏度分析,筛选出6个关键尺寸作为优化参数;采用最佳填充空间设计法和Kriging函数法构建主轴箱响应面模型,通过多目标遗传算法对响应面模型进行求解计算。最后对优化后的主轴箱进行有限元分析来验证求解的准确性,优化后的主轴箱质量减轻了13.58%,可以为机床其他类型零部件优化提供参考。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the problem of complex model and large calculation quantity in the optimization design of machine tool headstock structure,an optimization method was proposed combining sensitivity analysis and response surface model.Taking headstock wall thickness and rib size as input parameters and headstock mass,maximum deformation,maximum stress and first order natural frequency as target parameters,six main variables were selected as optimization parameters by sensitivity analysis.The headstock response surface model was established by using optimal space-filling design and Kriging function,and multi-objective genetic algorithm was used to solve and calculate the response surface model.Finally,the finite element analysis of the improved headstock was carried out to verify the accuracy of the solution.The optimized headstock mass is reduced by 13.58%.
