    摘要:

    针对群孔特征接触式在机测量过程中测量摆角多、标定效率低的问题,提出一种基于聚类的群孔特征测量摆角规划方法。以避免测针与孔口干涉为约束,计算测针轴线与孔轴线的夹角阈值,然后以此阈值为边界条件进行迭代聚类,进而获得覆盖全部孔特征的测量摆角集合。实验结果表明:使用所提方法可实现对群孔特征测量摆角的快速规划,测量摆角数量较传统方法下降约28%,综合测量时间下降约19%,有效提升了群孔特征在机测量效率。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the problem of too many rotary angles leading to low calibration efficiency during the on-machine measurement of group holes,a clustering-based method of rotary angle planning for group holes was proposed.The angle threshold between the stylus axis and the hole axis was calculated under the constraint of avoiding the interference between the stylus and the hole,and then iterative clustering was performed with this threshold as the boundary condition,the set of rotary angles were obtained,which can measure all group holes without interference.The results show that the proposed method can realize the rotary angle planning for the group holes rapidly,the number of rotary angles reduce by 28% and overall measurement time reduce by 19% compared with the traditional method,which improves the efficiency of the on-machine measurement of group holes.
