    摘要:

    航空壁板盲制孔过程中,因受夹具装夹的影响,壁板产生一定量的变形。为了能够实时获取并显示壁板变形后的制孔位置数据,驱动机械臂到达精确的制孔位置,基于“虚实结合,以虚控实”的思想,提出一种基于数字孪生的航空壁板制孔位置实时监控系统。搭建基于数字孪生的五自由度机械臂制孔状态监控系统结构模型,阐述系统的架构;对数字孪生系统框架的关键技术进行分析;最后,以实际五自由度机械臂制孔为例,对搭建的数字孪生制孔系统的可靠性进行验证。结果表明:该数字孪生制孔系统具有良好的稳定性与有效性。

    Abstract:

    A certain amount of deformation occurs in the blind hole drilling process of aerospace panels due to the effect of fixture clamping.In order to obtain and display the hole drilling position data of deformed panels in real time and drive the manipulator to reach the exact hole drilling position,based on the idea of “combining the virtual with the real,and controlling the real by the virtual”,a real-time monitoring system for the hole drilling position of the aerospace panel based on the digital twin was proposed.The structure model of the 5-DOF manipulators hole drilling state monitoring system based on digital twin was built,and the structure of the system was described.The key technologies of digital twin system framework were analyzed respectively.Finally,the reliability of the digital twin hole drilling system was verified by taking the actual 5-DOF manipulator hole drilling as an example.The results show that the digital twin hole drilling system has good stability and effectiveness.
