    摘要:

    为了评估多液压缸系统方案的可靠性和故障风险,建立一种基于AMESim建模仿真平台的多液压缸系统故障仿真模型。介绍多液压缸系统的组成和液压原理;基于AMESim建立多液压缸系统仿真模型并对供油系统、举升系统和锁止系统的仿真模型和整个系统的工作模式进行了简单介绍;结合故障注入对典型失效方式进行建模;并以齐动模式的工况为例,在不同故障模式下对多液压缸系统的影响进行分析,识别在典型故障模式下各分液压缸的运行参数变化,从而调整系统设计方案。仿真结果表明:多液压缸系统仿真模型可以实现多缸、多故障模式下不同任务和功能的仿真分析,为后续多学科耦合仿真分析、多参数优化和多液压缸系统实物设计提供了参考。

    Abstract:

    In order to evaluate the reliability and fault risk of the multi-hydraulic cylinder system scheme,a multi-hydraulic cylinder system fault simulation model was established based on AMESim modeling and simulation platform.The composition and hydraulic principle of a multi-hydraulic cylinder system were introduced.Based on AMESim,the simulation model of the multi-hydraulic cylinder system was established and the simulation models of the oil supply system,the lifting system and the locking system and the working mode of the whole system were briefly introduced.The typical fault patterns were modeled by fault injection.Finally,taking the simultaneous mode as an example,the influence of different fault modes on the multi-hydraulic cylinder system was analyzed,and the changes of operating parameters of each sub-hydraulic cylinder in typical fault modes were identified,so as to adjust the system design scheme.The simulation results show that the multi-hydraulic cylinder system simulation model can be used to realize the simulation analysis of different tasks and functions in multi-cylinder and multi-fault mode,which provides reference for subsequent multidisciplinary coupling simulation analysis,multi-parameter optimization and physical design of multi-hydraulic cylinder system.
