    摘要:

    针对近几年智能家居和服务机器人等3C消费产品市场的爆发性增长,对电源线缆(AC)的需求与日俱增,但是电源线缆生产中电源线缆的打包与处理工序还停留在以人工操作方式为主,为此设计一种电源线缆全自动绕制及捆扎设备。该设备采用PLC为控制核心,利用伺服电机、总线技术和气动技术等实现了绕线速率达到3 m/s,产量提升了260%以上,大幅改善了产品品质、优化了生产流程、减少了人员编制。

    Abstract:

    With the explosive growth of 3C consumer product market such as smart home and service robots in recent years,the demand for power cables is increasing day by day,but the packaging and processing process of power cables production still remains in the manual operation mode.In view of this,a power cable automatic winding and bundling equipment was designed.Taking the PLC as the control core,the servo motor,bus technology and pneumatic technology were used to achieve the winding speed of 3 m/s,the output increased by more than 260%.The product quality was greatly improved,the production process was optimized,and the staffing was reduced.
