    摘要:

    提出了一种全伺服人造草坪机控制系统的总体设计方案,实现了机器安全平稳地工作。该人造草坪机采用伺服电机代替以往常使用的步进电机和异步电机。在该控制系统中,运动控制器LMC20通过CANopen总线与变频器ATV71,OTB模块,伺服电机,检测模块等其它设备实现通信。通过CoDeSys软件的开发,具有人性化操作界面的触摸屏可实现信号采集、工作状态显示、控制、保护等功能。该系统已在工厂中投入使用。

    Abstract:

    A general design of control system in artificial grass tufting machine, realizing the safe and stable operation, is presented in this paper. Servomotors were adopted in this machine instead of stepper motors and induction motors which were usuallyused in the past. In this control system, the communicationbetween motion controller LMC20 and variablefrequency drive ATV71, OTB module, servo drives, detection module and other equipment is achieved by CANopen bus. Developedby CoDeSys, the touch screen with humanized operation interface can realize the functions of signal acquisition, working state display,control, protection, etc. The control system has been put into operation in factory.
