中文摘要:
      通过对某平立转换精轧机的齿轮脱合接手脱合困难、工作中自动脱出以及结合套磨损严重等问题的分析研究,结合精轧机的液压系统,找出问题的原因,并对原精轧机液压系统进行改进设计,实践结果表明:问题有明显的改善,减小了维修工时和备件费用,提高了生产效率。
英文摘要:
      Through the analysis of the problem that the gear de closing mechanism of the horizontal vertical convertible rolling mill is difficult to disengage, sometimes automatically disengages from work,and its binding sleeve wears serious etc,and combined with the hydraulic system, the cause of the problem is find . Then the hydraulic system of the mill is improved.The practical results show that the problem has obviously improved, maintenance man hours and spare parts cost is reduced, the production efficiency is improved. 
