Abstract:The impact energy of the conventional hydraulic impactor could be regulated manually between the second and the third grade, and its impact frequency couldn’t be adjusted independently. Also, they have to stop working for adjustment. In order to alter this situation, a new hydraulic impactor, DBS300, has been designed. The impactor, controlled by microcomputer, adopts fuzzy control strategy. With 300 joules maximumimpactorenergy,the impactor’s frequency couldbe adjusted from 0 to 6 Hz steplessly. Characteristics of thework object couldbe estimated by piston’s rebound behavior which beassociatedgas cavity pressure variation. According to the changes of the object,the impactor could selfregulate impact energy and impact frequency, so that could improve the working efficiency and adapt the power of the loader.
