Abstract:The gain of user availability requirement and the weight determination is the starting point and key of constructing the CNC machine tool availability house. It plays an important role in reflecting the eventual impact of fault factors on the availability requirements. In order to evaluate the user availability requirements,this paper proposes a synthetic analysis method based on improved AHP and entropy weight method, Kano,DEMATEL model, and the “selling point” of CNC machine tools. The improved AHP and entropy weight methods are adopted to determine the basic weight of user availability requirements. Considering the mutual influence of user availability requirements,the DEMATEL method is used to modify the basic weight of availability requirements.Considering the level increase ratio of user availability requirements, Kano classification and CNC machine tool “selling points” market competitive assessment information, we make the adjustment factor combined with the correction weight,and get the final synthesis weight. Finally, the validity and feasibility of the method are verified by an example.
