Abstract:Disc deformation and failure problems caused by aerodynamic problems of the high speed and large diameter nonmetallic disc will not only affect reliability of the system directly, but also cause disc rupture and then threaten personal safety. Firstly, air flow finite element model of the nonmetallic disc in aerodynamic heating environment is established,which laid the foundation for the numerical simulation based on Fluidsolid coupling method. Secondly, on the basis of the above, the influence law of different parameters (the speed, the outside diameter of the disc size and thickness, the size and height of the outer wall of the disc tray device) on the maximum deformation of nonmetallic highspeed largediameter disc is revealed.
