    摘要:

    由空气动力学问题引起的大直径非金属高速圆盘的变形和破裂问题,不仅直接影响了操作频率检测系统的可靠性,同时也引起圆盘破裂并威胁到人身安全。在气动热环境中建立了空气流场的有限元模型,从而奠定了基于流固耦合方法的数值模拟分析基础,指出了不同参数(速度、圆盘大小和厚度、托盘直径、装置外壁的尺寸)影响下的最大变形量的影响规律。

    Abstract:

    Disc deformation and failure problems caused by aerodynamic problems of the high speed and large diameter nonmetallic disc will not only affect reliability of the system directly, but also cause disc rupture and then threaten personal safety. Firstly, air flow finite element model of the nonmetallic disc in aerodynamic heating environment is established,which laid the foundation for the numerical simulation based on Fluidsolid coupling method. Secondly, on the basis of the above, the influence law of different parameters (the speed, the outside diameter of the disc size and thickness, the size and height of the outer wall of the disc tray device) on the maximum deformation of nonmetallic highspeed largediameter disc is revealed. 
