Recrystallization is an important factor to influence the creep properties of high temperature alloy. In this research, the DD6 single crystal Nibase alloy is studied; the mathematical model of nucleation, growth, energy storage and grain growth in the recrystallization is established; the entire process of recrystallization and its dynamic curve in the heat treatment are analyzed by computer simulation. This study provides a reference for the optimization of creep properties in the production of nickel base crystal superalloy.
