Abstract:According to the requirement of the synchronous motion control of multimotor in the industry of printing and fiber winding,an embedded multimotor synchronous motion controller based on DSP+FPGA is designed in this paper. Firstly, the architecture of embedded multimotor synchronous controller and the method of realizing synchronous control are proposed. And then some key functions of the embedded synchronous controller, such as the pulse generation module, the pulse compensation module, the pulse output module and the position feedback module, are described in detail. Finally, the experimental results show that the designed embedded multimotor synchronous motion controller can achieve high synchronization accuracy.
