    摘要:

    在需要改变工况条件的要求下,对某型往复压缩机热动力进行了设计和计算,在ANSYS Workbench软件中导入其轴系三维模型,描绘出了两种工况下的综合活塞力变化曲线,获得了曲轴的最大应力值和最大应力位置,对压缩机曲轴进行了网格划分、应力分布和变形计算,分析了曲轴的静强度。结果表明:原机型仍然满足改变工况的设计需求,该曲轴的静强度满足使用要求,同时可为同类型压缩机热动力优化设计与曲轴强度分析提供一定理论依据。

    Abstract:

    The thermodynamic design and calculation were carried out to a certain reciprocating compressor under the variable condition requirements; the comprehensive piston force curves were drawn and the maximum stress and the corresponding position of the crankshaft were obtained under two operating conditions by meshing the crankshaft and introducing its crankshaft model into ANSYS Workbench software; moreover, the stress distribution, deformation and static strength of the crankshaft were analyzed. The results indicate that the compressor may conform to the design requirements under changing operating conditions and the static strength of the crankshaft may meet the operating requirements; at the same time, a certain basis may be provided to the thermodynamic design and crankshaft strength analysis of the same type compressors.
