It is difficult to implement precise control for vulcanization process of rubber plastic workpiece due to the uncertainty of mathematical modeling. This paper explored a sort of strong robustness intelligence control strategy, analyzed the influence factors of the vulcanization effect of rubber plastic workpiece. The cybernetics characteristic of rubber plastic workpeice vulcanization process have been summarized, and the strong robust control strategy which matches with vulcanization process has been studied. Based on human simulated intelligence, a sort of strong robustness control algorithm has been constructed. Take a model of typical twoorder with time lag vulcanization process as an example, the strong robustness of the control strategy has been demonstrated by means of MATLAB software platform based on the comparative simulation study. Simulation results show that the intelligent control strategy proposed in this paper can be used to optimize the vulcanization process of rubber plastic workpiece, and the constructed intelligent control algorithm is reasonable, feasible and effective.
