The vibration induced by fluid pressure pulsation is one of the important factors influencing the reliability of the pipelines in liquid cooling systems of largescale servers. In this paper, a method of vibration stress analysis of the pipelines is proposed. Based on the module connection function in ANSYS workbench, the stress of the pipeline under the influence of static fluid pressure was first analyzed by the Static Structural Module, and then the response of the pipeline under the influence of variable pressure was analyzed by the Harmonic Response Module. And the finite element simulation results were compared with the actual measurement results of the pipeline to confirm the fluid variable pressure in the pipeline. The analysis results show that the maximum stress comes into the elbows of the pipeline. So that the vibration reliability analysis of the elbows should be given priority. In short, a feasible vibration analysis method for the reliability of the pipelines in liquid cooling systems of largescale servers was provided.
