Abstract:Gearbox considered as the key components of machinery equipment, the link of security service performance evaluation and life prediction are very important. Therefore, a set of gear box bearing fault detection system based on shock pulse method is designed. First of all, the design principle of testing system was explored, and hardware selection (such as National Instrument(NI) fourchannel data acquisition card, acceleration sensor, etc.) and software module design (such as data acquisition module, analysis and processing module, etc.) were also completed. Secondly, according to the workshop site conditions, the testing plan for gearbox bearing runningin was finished, and the different level of repair (level 4 and level 5) gearbox bearing were tested. The analysis of the test results shows that the gear box bearing detection system designed can identify the fault status of the gear box bearing system with different repair levels, and has a high stability. It can provide data support for the initial judgment of the wear degree or failure state of the gear box bearing with different repair levels.
