    摘要:

    介绍使用在CRH2等动车组制动系统里的模拟型电空比例阀的结构和工作原理。分别运用ANSYS Maxwell软件和AMESim软件建立了模拟型电空比例阀的比例线圈模型以及电空比例阀整体仿真模型。对电空比例阀的输入电流-输出压力等5个动态特征进行仿真,并将仿真结果与标准值进行对比分析。结果表明:电空比例阀仿真模型正确可靠,为进一步提高和改进该电空比例阀的特性提供了参考。

    Abstract:

    The structure and operational principle of the analog electropneumatic proportional valve used in the braking system of CRH2 and other EMU were described. By using ANSYS Maxwell software and AMESim software, the proportional coil model and the overall simulation model of the analog electropneumatic proportional valve were established. Five dynamic characteristics such as the input current and output pressure and so on of the electropneumatic proportional valve were simulated. The simulation results were compared with the standard values. The results show that: the simulation model of electro pneumatic proportional valve is correct and reliable. It provides reference for further improving the characteristics of the electro pneumatic proportional valve.
