    摘要:

    设计一种液压缸冲击试验回路,有利于提高液压缸试验效率。通过对顺序阀和试验系统建模,分析顺序阀节流口和出口压力对其动态特性的影响。进而分析不同蓄能器容积、预充气压力和液压缸试验容积对试验压力上升时间的影响。

    Abstract:

    One cylinder impact test circuit was designed, which was propitious to increasing the test efficiency of cylinder. The model of the sequence valve and the hydraulic test system was built, and the influence on the sequence valve’〖KG-*3〗s dynamic characteristics by the throttle and outlet pressure was studied. Furthermore, the influence on the test pressure rise time by the volume and gas precharge pressure of accumulator and the cylinder’〖KG-*3〗s test volume were also studied and analyzed.
