    摘要:

    为了保证重型液力自动变速器(AT)的换挡品质和使用寿命,在分析重型液力自动变速器主调压系统工作原理的基础上,建立主油压调节数学模型,然后以某挡换到Ⅰ挡为例,基于MATLAB/Simulink环境实现粒子群(PSO)优化算法的PID主油压调节控制。仿真结果显示:与传统经验试凑法PID整定相比,PSO-PID整定具有高效、快捷等特点,主油压调节控制的动态特性得到极大的改善和优化,为重型液力自动变速器主油压调节的控制和优化提供了一定的参考。

    Abstract:

    In order to ensure the shift quality and working life of the heavy hydraulic automatic transmission (AT), based on the analysis of the operation principles of the main pressure regulating system of the heavy hydraulic automatic transmission, the mathematical model of the main oil pressure regulation was established. Then, taking a shift to I shift as an example, the PID main oil pressure regulation control of particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm based on MATLAB/Simulink environment was studied. According to the simulation results, compared with the traditional PID setting method, the PSO-PID setting has the characteristics of high efficiency,shortcut and so on. The dynamic characteristics of the main oil pressure regulation control are greatly improved and optimized, which provide some reference for the control and optimization of the main oil pressure regulation of the heavyduty hydraulic automatic transmission.
