Abstract:In order to ensure the shift quality and working life of the heavy hydraulic automatic transmission (AT), based on the analysis of the operation principles of the main pressure regulating system of the heavy hydraulic automatic transmission, the mathematical model of the main oil pressure regulation was established. Then, taking a shift to I shift as an example, the PID main oil pressure regulation control of particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm based on MATLAB/Simulink environment was studied. According to the simulation results, compared with the traditional PID setting method, the PSO-PID setting has the characteristics of high efficiency,shortcut and so on. The dynamic characteristics of the main oil pressure regulation control are greatly improved and optimized, which provide some reference for the control and optimization of the main oil pressure regulation of the heavyduty hydraulic automatic transmission.
