    摘要:

    为评估3D打印产品的可靠性,将最终打印产品的性能包括强度、疲劳性等作为直接指标,找出对这些直接指标有影响的工艺参数,确定三者之间的逻辑关系,将之映射为贝叶斯网络,利用其多态性和不确定性方面的优势对可靠性进行定量评估。基于所建立的贝叶斯网络,通过正向推理计算不同工作性能要求下的可靠性,再通过反向推理,计算在满足可靠性条件的情况下,工艺参数对于各性能指标的影响程度。研究结果为指导工艺参数乃至材料的选择有一定参考意义,也提出了一种更全面有效评价3D打印产品可靠性的新方法。

    Abstract:

    To evaluate the reliability of 3D printed products, the performance of the final printed product,including strength,fatigue,etc.,were taken as direct indicators, then the process parameters that affected these direct indicators were found out, the logical relationship between the three was determined, and it was mapped to the Bayesian Network. Its advantages in polymorphism and uncertainty were used to assess reliability quantitatively. Based on the established Bayesian network, its reliability under different working performance requirements was calculated through forward reasoning, and then the reverse reasoning was used to calculate the influence of process parameters on each performance index under the condition of satisfying reliability conditions. There is a certain reference value for guiding the selection of process parameters and materials, and a more comprehensive and effective method for evaluating the reliability of 3D printing products is also proposed.
