    摘要:

    基于嵌入式ARM-Linux平台与OpenCV开源视觉库设计出一款在线检测数控刀具磨损状态的系统。系统采用Linux的视频模块V4L2对工业摄像头进行数据的采集,利用OpenCV智能算法以及轮廓处理等相关函数在嵌入式图像采集端实现了对刀具磨损特征值(VB)的提取,根据提取出的特征值判断刀具磨损状态。终端WIFI模块通过自身AP功能,将图像数据传输到其他网络设备进行显示,实现了无线传输功能。测试结果表明,系统达到预期目标。

    Abstract:

    Based on the embedded ARM-Linux platform and OpenCV open source visual library, a online detection device for the CNC tool wear status was designed. In the system, the video module V4L2 of Linux was adopted to carry on the data acquisition from the industrial camera, the OpenCV intelligent algorithm and the contour processing correlation function were used to extract the tool wear characteristic value (VB) in the embedded image acquisition side, wear status was judged by the VB. In addition, through the terminal WiFi module AP function, the image data were transmitted to other network devices for display, to achieve wireless transmission capabilities. The test results show that the system achieves the desired goal.
