    摘要:

    通过分析研究各种配流盘的结构,重新优化设计出了一款开设了双V型卸荷槽的配流盘;利用CFD仿真软件将该配流盘装入到柱塞泵当中进行仿真模拟。通过仿真得出配流盘三角槽的最佳开设宽度约为10°,坡角约为12°,卸荷孔的小孔直径约为0.8 mm,卸荷孔的大孔直径约为1.5 mm时,得到的流量曲线最为平滑。压力冲击以及噪声均为最小。结果表明:通过对阻尼槽的改善,流量噪声及气蚀均有所下降。

    Abstract:

    By analysis and study of various kinds of flow distribution disks, a new type of distribution disk with double V-shaped unloading slots is designed with optimization again.The new designed disk was loaded into the piston pump by Computational Flow Dynamics (CFD) software to simulate.Through simulation, it is concluded that the width of the triangle slot of the distribution disk is about 10°, the slope angle is about 12°, and the diameter of the unloading hole is about 08 mm. When the diameter of the perforated hole is about 15 mm, the flow curve of the unloading hole is the smoothest. Pressure shock and noise are also minimized at this time.The results show that by improving the damping tank, the flow noise and cavitation change are both smaller than before.
