    利用MJ3210A型跑车带锯机锯切,针对普通杠杆压坨式自动张紧系统,根据L25正交试验法设计试验,以锯轮主轴转速、压坨重力、上下锯卡距离、树种、进料速度为主要因素,对完好带锯条锯切木材的横向振动位移信号进行采集测量,并对试验数据进行分析,发现影响带锯条横向振动位移因素的主次顺序为带锯轮转速>树种>进料速度>压坨重力>锯卡距离,各因素的影响规律均不是单调的,存在着一定的合理范围。通过对数据分析,得出使带锯条横向振动位移最小的优化组合切削方案为A2B4C4E1,即带锯轮主轴转速760 r/min,压坨重力95 N,锯卡距离600 mm,进料速度12 m/min,此时带锯条横向振动位移为1.239 mm。

    Abstract:

    Using MJ3210A band sawing machine with carriage, aiming at the common lever press type automatic tensioning system, according to the method of L25 orthogonal test, the main shaft speed of saw wheel, the weight of press block, the distance between top and bottom sawing cards, and the feed speed were taken as the factors.The transverse vibration displacement signal of the intact saw blade was collected and measured, and the test data were analyzed.The main factors affecting the transverse vibration displacement of band saw blade were the speed of the sawing wheel, the feed speed, the weight of the tub, and the distance of sawing card from big to small.The influence law of each factor was not monotonous, there was certain reasonable range. Through the data analysis, it is concluded that the optimal combination is A2B4C4E1, which makes the transverse vibration displacement of the saw blade smaller. That is, the spindle speed of the band saw wheel is 760 r/min, the weight is 95 N, the distance between the saw and the card is 600 mm, and the feed speed is 12 m/min, the transverse vibration displacement is 1.239 mm.
