Abstract:Aimed at the light and lowpowered injector head that used in some special occasions, a set of quantitative pump open hydraulic driving system based on load sensitive technology was designed. By calibrating the pressure of the load sensitive valve, the maximum forces of lifting and focus of the injector head were defined. The pilot pressure control valve was used to adjust the remote pressure of load sensitive valve to realize the realtime remote control of lifting force and focus force of the injector head. The spool of the load sensitive valve was controlled by using a remote proportional manual valve, and the lighting speed and focus speed of the injector head were adjusted proportionally. Load sensitive technology was applied to the hydraulic driving system of the injector head, by which the problems of high energy consumption, difficult maintenance and high cost in the traditional hydraulic driving system of the injector head were solved. It provides a new idea for the design of hydraulic driving system of the light and low-powered injector head.
