    摘要:

    针对某特殊应用场合的轻型小功率注入头,设计一套基于负载敏感技术的定量泵开式液压驱动系统。通过标定负载敏感阀的自身压力,对注入头最大提升力、最大下注力进行限定;利用先导压力控制阀对负载敏感阀的远程压力调节,实现注入头所需提升力、下注力的实时远程控制;通过远程比例手控阀对负载敏感阀阀芯的控制,实现注入头提升速度及下注速度的比例调节。将负载敏感技术应用于注入头液压驱动系统,解决了传统注入头液压驱动系统能耗高、维护困难、成本高等难题,为轻型小功率注入头的液压驱动系统设计提供了一种新思路。

    Abstract:

    Aimed at the light and lowpowered injector head that used in some special occasions, a set of quantitative pump open hydraulic driving system based on load sensitive technology was designed. By calibrating the pressure of the load sensitive valve, the maximum forces of lifting and focus of the injector head were defined. The pilot pressure control valve was used to adjust the remote pressure of load sensitive valve to realize the realtime remote control of lifting force and focus force of the injector head. The spool of the load sensitive valve was controlled by using a remote proportional manual valve, and the lighting speed and focus speed of the injector head were adjusted proportionally. Load sensitive technology was applied to the hydraulic driving system of the injector head, by which the problems of high energy consumption, difficult maintenance and high cost in the traditional hydraulic driving system of the injector head were solved. It provides a new idea for the design of hydraulic driving system of the light and low-powered injector head.
