    摘要:

    介绍了机械调整孔型的旋扩机顶杆小车机构组成,针对采用该机械调整的旋扩机在轧制时不能在线调整孔型从而导致孔型值变化大的问题,设计了一种液压在线动态调整轧制孔型的顶杆小车,并根据其结构设计了一种电液伺服控制系统,以补偿由于顶头和轧辊的温度变化所造成的轧制孔型参数改变,从而提高钢管的壁厚精度;介绍了该电液伺服控制系统的组成及原理,并利用ITI-SimulationX软件进行建模仿真,并对该系统的控制性能进行了仿真分析,结果表明该设计可以满足轧制孔型在线动态调整的要求。通过轧制后的荒管实测数据验证了该电液伺服控制系统的可靠性。

    Abstract:

    The structure of thrust block carriage that adopting mechanical adjustment pass was introduced, Focus on more change of pass of rotary expanding mill adopting the mechanical adjustment pass during rolling process, an thrust block carriage that adopting hydraulic adjustment pass was designed, and an electric-hydraulic servo control system was designed according to its structure, in order to compensate the pass changes caused by temperature change of rollers and plug, so that enhancing wall thickness precision of steel pipe. The composition and principle of the electric-hydraulic servo system was introduced, and the electric-hydraulic servo system was modeled and simulated based on ITI-SimulationX, the system was simulated and analyzed, the result of the simulation show the design can meet with the dynamic adjustment request of pass during rolling. The reliability of the electric-hydraulic servo system was verified by measurement record of steel pipes.
