    摘要:

    伺服电机运行过程中的非理想转矩谐波是制约数控机床加工性能的主要因素之一,逆变器非线性是产生转矩谐波的主要因素之一。因此,研究高性能逆变器非线性补偿策略对提高数控机床加工性能有着重要的现实意义,为应对传统方法无法完全考虑所有逆变器非线性因素的问题,本文提出一种基于相电流预估值查表法的误差电压精确计算方法,在综合考虑逆变器关断/开通延时、死区时间、寄生电容等多种非线性因素的影响的基础上,采用滤波后的电流指令进行误差电压查表,有效避免了反馈电流引入谐波、电流钳位等干扰因素对查表法逆变器非线性补偿策略的影响。实验结果表明,与传统逆变器非线性补偿策略相比,本文所提算法可实现更为优异的补偿效果。

    Abstract:

    The presence of non-ideal torque harmonics during servo motor operation significantly restricts the machining performance of CNC machine tools, primarily due to inverter nonlinearity. Thus, it is crucial to research high-performance inverter nonlinear compensation strategies to enhance CNC machine tool machining performance. This paper addresses the limitations of traditional methods in considering all inverter nonlinearity factors by proposing an accurate error voltage calculation method based on phase current estimation lookup tables. Considering various nonlinear factors such as inverter turn-off/on delays, dead time, and parasitic capacitance, the error voltage lookup table is generated using filtered current commands. This method effectively mitigates interference from harmonic introduction by feedback current and current clamping. Experimental results demonstrate the superior compensation effects achieved by the algorithm proposed in this paper compared to traditional strategies.
